To what site and on what rules is this to be reported under?

 

I note that you have gained unauthorised access again to 2 further applications. These actually were ‘dead’ 
applications that were from an old account that should have been taken off the AppStore when the account 
expired. They are not in use and should not be available. I am however interested in what bug programme 
are you following?

 

There is no bug bounty so they must be removed and in accordance with the rules so should any media.
